Totaling $50 * Small studio apartment or condo under 600 square feet -$20- per hour with a 3 hour minimum.Totaling $60 * Studio & small 1 bedroom apartment 600 to 800 square feet -$20- per hour with a 4 hour minimum. Totaling $80 * 1 bedroom apartment 800 to 1000 square feet -$20- per hour with a 5 hour minimum. Totaling $100 * 2 bedroom apartment or house 1000 to 1250 square feet -$20- per hour with a 6 hour minimum. Totaling $120 * 3/ 4 bedroom apartment or house 1250 to 1500 square feet -$20- per hour with a 7 hour minimum. Totaling $140 Important Note: 1) For heavy duty jobs which require a cleaning team of at-least 2 maids. 2) For spring cleaning of spaces with overly excessive clutter, dust, pet hair & mold. 3) Or if your living space is above 1500 square feet, please call us before attempting to schedule on-line.
